PortfolioDump Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Graxana Software Inc. handles information in the PortfolioDump Android companion application.
Account and workspace data
The app sends login credentials to PortfolioDump over HTTPS and stores the resulting access token in Android secure storage. Depending on role and activity, the service processes name, email, role, client and job records, worksite addresses, media, comments, approvals, quotes, reports and notification activity.
Media and permissions
Camera, file or microphone access is requested only when a user starts job-media or quote capture. Selected photos, videos and optional audio are prepared on the device and uploaded to the authorized workspace. Uploaded records are retained so authorized workspace members and client-sharing features can use them. Users must have authority to capture the content they upload.
Notifications and network data
If enabled, a Firebase token is registered with PortfolioDump with platform, device label and app version for job and approval notifications. Requests expose IP address, time and user agent for delivery, security, rate limiting and error operations. The current app includes no advertising or behavioural-analytics SDK.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records are retained under the customer organization's contract, configuration, legal obligations and administrator actions. Clearing or uninstalling removes local session and preferences but not uploaded records. Contact the organization administrator or Graxana support for access, correction, deactivation or deletion requests. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for app-private data.
