Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Graxana website, Grax Prompt 101, Grax ME and related materials provided by Graxana Software Inc. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational purpose

Grax Prompt 101 and Grax ME are educational and organizational tools. They do not replace professional advice, accredited instruction or independent verification appropriate to your situation.

2. AI-related content

Prompt 101 teaches techniques for communicating with artificial-intelligence tools. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting confidential information and verifying important claims using appropriate sources or qualified professionals.

3. Financial education

Grax ME provides general financial-literacy education and manual record-keeping tools. It does not connect to bank accounts and does not provide personalized investment, tax, credit, lending, insurance, accounting or legal advice. Decisions involving money remain your responsibility.

4. Certificates

Certificates generated by the apps document completion of an independent Graxana learning pathway. They are not academic degrees, professional licences, regulated certifications or evidence of authorization to practise a profession.

5. Appropriate use

You may use the apps for lawful personal, educational and internal business purposes. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate another person’s rights or use the apps to create unlawful or harmful content.

6. Your information and device

Current releases store learning and user-entered records locally. You are responsible for device access controls and for protecting exported backups or certificates. Clearing app data or uninstalling an app may permanently remove locally stored information.

7. Intellectual property

Graxana names, logos, application designs, course materials, text and software are owned by Graxana Software Inc. or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, repackage or create a competing course from substantial portions of the materials except where applicable law permits.

8. Third-party services

Optional sharing, file storage, app-store distribution and future online AI processing may involve third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Graxana is not responsible for services operated by third parties.

9. Availability and changes

Beta and production features may change, be corrected or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation of locally stored data. Keep copies of any export you need to retain.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Graxana disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Graxana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in another jurisdiction.
