Grax Prompt 101 Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Graxana Software Inc. handles information in the Grax Prompt 101 mobile application.
Current privacy model
Prompt 101 is designed as a local-first learning application. Course progress, scores, streaks, badges and certificate information are stored on the user’s device. The current demonstration Prompt Lab does not require an account and does not transmit prompts to a Graxana server by default.
Information the app stores locally
- Lesson completion and quiz results
- Experience points, streaks, attempts and badges
- Learner name and course statistics entered or generated for a certificate
- Locally generated certificate identifier and issue date
- Application settings, selected learning track and daily-challenge history
This information is stored within the application’s local storage and is not collected by Graxana merely because the app stores it on the device.
Certificate files
When a user creates a certificate, the app can generate a PDF and may use Android file and sharing features at the user’s direction. The user chooses where the file is saved or which external application receives it. Those external services operate under their own privacy terms.
Optional future online Prompt Lab
Users should not enter passwords, API keys, confidential client information, financial account numbers, health records or unnecessary personal information into prompts.
Permissions and third-party services
The app uses Capacitor Filesystem and Share capabilities to save and share certificate PDFs when requested. It does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account login, bank connections or location tracking in the current release.
Data retention and deletion
Local learning data remains on the device until the user clears the app’s data, uninstalls the app or uses an available reset function. PDF certificates saved outside the app must be deleted from the selected storage location or receiving service by the user.
See the public app data deletion instructions for Android steps and exported-file guidance.
Children
Prompt 101 is intended for adults and young adults learning practical AI skills and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Graxana does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current local-first app.
Security
Graxana uses reasonable safeguards in the application design, including limiting data collection. Users should protect access to their device and exported certificate files. No mobile application or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be reflected in the application and its store listing.
