Delete your Graxana app data

Grax Prompt 101 and Grax ME do not require an online account in their current releases. Most user information remains in private storage on the Android device, so deletion is normally completed directly on that device.

Delete data from within the app

Where a reset or clear-progress control is available, open the app’s settings or progress area and use that control. Review the confirmation carefully because deletion may be permanent.

Clear all Android app data

  1. Open the Android Settings application.
  2. Select Apps and choose Grax Prompt 101 or Grax ME.
  3. Select Storage or Storage & cache.
  4. Select Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.

This removes the app’s locally stored learning progress, scores, goals, records, settings and certificate record for that installation.

Uninstall the app

Uninstalling normally removes private application data. Android behaviour can vary by device and backup settings. Grax ME is designed with Android cloud and device-transfer backup disabled for private application data in the current release.

Delete exported files separately

PDF certificates and JSON backup files saved or shared outside an app are not removed when app data is cleared. Delete those files from Downloads, Files, cloud storage, email or any other service where you placed them.

No server-side account to delete

The current apps do not create a Graxana user account or store your local learning and financial records in a Graxana cloud account. Therefore there is normally no separate server-side profile deletion request to submit.

Future online features: if Graxana later introduces accounts or server-side storage, this page and the applicable privacy policy will be updated with a remote deletion process before release.
