Axima Workforce Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Graxana Software Inc. handles information in the Axima Workforce Android application.
Organizational workforce data
Accounts are provisioned by an organization administrator. Depending on role and configuration, the service processes name, work email, phone, organization, roles and permissions; shifts and sites; availability and time off; attendance, clock events, timesheets and approvals; and authorized team, operations, client, contract and reporting information.
Foreground location
When an organization requires location for a clock-in or clock-out, the app asks after the user starts that punch. If granted, latitude, longitude, accuracy and timestamp are sent with the time event. The current release does not use continuous or background location. Pending offline punches and location evidence are encrypted in Android secure storage, migrated from legacy WebView storage and removed on sign-out.
Authentication, notifications and diagnostics
The access token and organization identifier are kept in Android secure storage. If notifications are enabled and production Firebase is configured, a Firebase device token is registered for workforce notifications and authorized deep links. Diagnostics show connection/build state but never display authentication or device tokens.
Retention, backup and deletion
Workforce records are retained under the customer organization's contract, configuration, legal obligations and administrator actions. Clearing or uninstalling removes local credentials and queue state, not records already submitted. Contact the organization administrator or Graxana support for access, correction, deactivation or deletion. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for app-private data.
